Singularity Health is opening a limited, structured application window for providers across longevity, diagnostics, performance and integrative health. Founding partners help define the network before it opens broadly — no membership tiers or pricing are published yet.
Who should apply
- Licensed physicians and clinics offering longevity, diagnostic, imaging or executive-health services
- Credentialed diagnostics companies and performance or training facilities
- Functional, integrative and naturopathic providers with appropriate licensure
- Wellness destinations and medical-travel facilitators that can demonstrate accreditation

- A complimentary founding profile during the validation period — no cost while the network is being established
- A structured presentation of your services, locations and access requirements, in the same format consumers see across every category

- Full control over whether and how you respond to any inquiry you receive
- No promise of lead volume, exclusivity or ranking — this is a founding profile, not a paid guarantee
- Future featured-visibility and marketing packages may be offered separately once the network is established

- Current, verifiable licensure for every service category you're listed under
- No fabricated, exaggerated or unverifiable claims in any listing content
- Accurate representation of credentials — Singularity Health will never invent or embellish them on your behalf
- Compliance with applicable advertising and healthcare-marketing regulations in your jurisdiction
