SINGULARITYHEALTH
PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 23, 2026

1. Who operates this site

Singularity Health (SingularityHealth.com) is operated by Tower Talent Global LLC. Singularity Health is an educational and provider-discovery platform — it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer.

2. What we collect today

Singularity Health operates several inquiry forms: the /find-care qualification funnel, the Healthy Home consultation request, the Real Estate & Development inquiry, the Founding Provider Network application, and the general Contact form. Each collects only what is relevant to that form’s purpose — typically your name, email, optional phone, a description of what you’re looking for or offering, and, where applicable, location. We also capture standard marketing-attribution parameters present in the URL (such as utm_source) so we can understand which channel led you here.

How this information is transmitted. When you submit one of these forms, its contents are sent by transactional email — using Resend, our email-delivery vendor — to the Singularity Health operator inbox, and, for most forms, a confirmation email is sent back to you. We do not maintain an application database for these submissions: Singularity Health itself does not separately store your submission in a database. That does not mean the information disappears — it exists in the operator’s email inbox and within Resend’s own systems as the vendor that delivered it, consistent with how any transactional email service operates.

We deliberately do not ask for symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical records, insurance information, Social Security numbers, or payment information anywhere on this site.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. When analytics is enabled (planned: standard web-analytics tooling for aggregate traffic and attribution reporting), this section will be updated to describe exactly what is collected and how to opt out where applicable.

4. How information is used

Information submitted through any of the forms described above is used only to route your inquiry to the relevant team, provider, or partner, and to follow up with you — not for unrelated marketing without your consent, and not sold to third parties.

5. Data retention

Submissions are transmitted by transactional email as described in Section 2. We have not yet finalized a specific retention period for information held in the operator inbox or within our email-delivery vendor’s systems. A retention schedule will be documented here once it has been determined and legally reviewed.

6. Your rights

You can request information about what we hold about you, and request correction or deletion, by using Contact. Specific regional rights (for example under GDPR or CCPA) will be detailed here after legal review confirms which apply to our operations.

7. Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this page as our data practices change, particularly if analytics moves from inactive to active, or if a retention schedule or new data destination is adopted. Material changes will update the effective date above.

9. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent through Contact.
