By using SingularityHealth.com (this “Site”), operated by Tower Talent Global LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What this Site is
Singularity Health is an educational and provider-discovery platform that helps consumers explore proactive, precision and longevity health categories and identify potentially relevant providers. It is not a clinic, healthcare provider, diagnostic service, or medical practice, and does not itself deliver any medical, diagnostic or wellness service described on the Site.
3. Not medical advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. See our full Medical Disclaimer and AI Disclosure, both incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry through this Site.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false or fraudulent information, misuse the qualification funnel or any future feature to spam providers, attempt to circumvent security measures (including automated-submission protections), or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Third-party providers
Any provider you are connected with is an independent third party, not an employee, agent, partner or representative of Singularity Health or Tower Talent Global LLC. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the quality, safety, legality or outcome of any service a third-party provider delivers.
7. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, graphics, logos and underlying code are owned by or licensed to Tower Talent Global LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
8. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any provider match will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tower Talent Global LLC and Singularity Health are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any service provided by a third party you were connected with through it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, pending confirmation through legal review.
